I have had my PC for about 2-3 months so far, and I built it with all new components. I don't play a lot of intense games, and the other day I went to power it on, and the display never came up on the monitor and the keyboard & mouse didn't power on. I have tested the monitor, mouse, and keyboard on my laptop and they all work. I have taken out the graphics card, RAM, and all the motherboard cables, and put them back in. Yet, I still can't fix this problem. The PC does start though because all the fans power on and the RGB powers on.
