Pc powers on but no display

i recently got an issue with a pc turning on but theres no monitor display. The fans are all working. I Tried swapping monitors, cables, and psu. Tried clearing cmos and reseating everything. Still same probIem I'm Iost i dont know where the problem is. Im only using 1 stick of ram and no videocard.

At least some information about system would be nice !!! You don't have the only computer in the world.
