Question Pc powers on but no display

i found my old system from the attic and because its lockdown thought why not clean it and get it running again, and all went well i switched cases give everything a clean and new paste, i installed windows 10 and installed the graphics driver but when installing the driver it made a horrible noise through my monitor and stayed black for a minute solid so i restarted the pc to try a different driver etc but now it just stays on a black screen and restarts itself ever so often (no beep codes) ive already tried replacing the ram and removing gpx card to use the motherboards VGA port , please bare in mind this pc hasnt been used in years

intel pentium e5700
Gigabyte GV-R455hm-512I graphics card
WD Blue 500gb ssd
evolabs 450w PSU

ive even tried using my gtx 750 ti and gtx 750 in to see if i can get display however still nothing
