PC powers on but no signal to monitors

So my computer powers up, all lights are on except mouse and keyboard and all fans are spinning. But both my monitors says 'no signal detected'. I've tried resetting CMOS, different GPUs and RAM sticks, plugging everything out and in again and swapping out cables but nothing works. Also tried removing the power cable and holding down the power button for 1 minute. Could it be my motherboard that's dead?

AMD FX-8350

Asus Strix GTX 970

Corsair Vengeance 2x8GB 1600MHz DDR3

Corsair AX860 PSU

Some of the parts are getting a bit old, is it worth replacing the mobo, ram and cpu? Or am I better off just getting a new PC?

Try connecting an internal speaker and see if any beeps with no RAMs.
