Question Pc powers on but with no display and power to keyboard (DRam light on)

Brand new computer I built about 3 weeks ago, although I realize now that the dram light has always been on during the use of my pc it hasn't affected it. After I turn on pc the case would light up and fan spin but no power, i'd either turn off or just restart and it would give power to keyboard and monitor. (I've been lazy) Now today about 12 times it didn't work, I took out ram sticks and have it on now with only 1 stick inserted in the 2nd slot. DRAM light it still on, don't know what to do with the other sick or just in general. Looking for any feedback thanks.
