Question PC powers on, no peripherals

I have this problem, it's only been doing it since yesterday. I power my PC on, and the PC lights turn on, everything seems to be running as per usual, but no peripherals light up. My keyboard, mousepad, and monitor do not power on. I've tried releasing my PSU, by unplugging and clicking power button, I tried to reseat everything this morning, and it just now turned on. Is there anything else anybody would recommend?

My specs:

GPU: RX 560
CPU: AMD A8-7600 Radeon R7, 10 Compute Cores 4C+6G, 3100 Mhz, 2 Core(s), 4 Logical Processor(s)
RAM: 16GB
OS: 64x

I don't know the make or model, and since my PC is powered on right now I wont take it apart, but its a 450W
