Pc powers up but doesn't display

New computer build. System powers on all fans spin. No display output.

Done all the normal checks, remove components, reset cmos, different monitor. Nothing has fixed it.

Help!

I had the same issue and fixed it by disabling CSM (Compatability Support Module in BIOS)

tried both DVI-D and HDMI, using on-board and through the GPU.

For me i was using Display Port but when i changed to HDMI it gave me a signal so i just disabled it. Essentially its the CSM but unless you can get to BIOS you cant disable it.

Your computer is booting just not displaying anything. I don't think its dead mobo. In fact i am sure it's not dead mobo. But am sorry i dont really know how to help you at this point.

Try resetting BIOS.

Check that you have plugged every cable and component correctly. Make sure as well that CPU is correctly inserted in the socket.

got a replacement motherboard and it worked fine. no issues now.

Ok i did not had to replace it but am glad you solved the issue. BTW did you RMA the mobo or just got new one.
