Question PC powers up but no display

My computer turns on lights, fans and just shows signs that it is on but the Monitor doesn't show any signs of booting up, not even a start up to bios.

I have checked everywhere on the Internet for a solution but nothing seems to work.

Motherboard - MSI 970A SLI Krait Editon
CPU - AMD FX-8350
PSU - Evga 500W
GPU - AMD Radeon RX 560 4GB (PowerColor Red Dragon)

Removing the RAM and disconnect the boot device, clear the CMOS by the jumper. After that, boot the PC without the RAM and boot device, if the PC does not show any signal on monitor, either the MB or cpu has problem.

Thank you for your response, I did exactly that, except the Monitor detects the input as it says "monitor going to sleep" as soon as I connect the dvi into the pc and switch the pc on using the switch on the psu. But does not boot to bios soon after.
