pc powers up but no signal displayed

hey, ive recently bought a used pc from a friend. His pc was working nice until he took out the parts from his case and instaled on mine... After the instalation, the pc powers up but shows no signal on the monitor... then i read some threads here and tryed to troubleshoot every part and after taking out the ram sticks the motherboard still made no beeps... cpu fan works, gpu aswell, hard drive also works or powers up, but still no signal nor noise from the mobo. Hope someone can help me out. Best Regards Antonio

edit. i realized that i dont have speakers at the mobo so i wouldnt be hearing anything, my bad... ive already ordered one so i can update the thread on monday. ive tried 2 diferent graphics cards, the one above plus hd 6450 and still no signal. ive taken out the cmos battery and also reset the cmos... no changes... ive tried hdmi, vga, dvi connections and still no signal. i can power up and down the computer with the power button. i dont know what else to do... thank you for your time

Remove the gpu and start it up its probably the mobo not recognizing it, if it starts go to bios and put the gpu thingy on generation 3 video card

Remove the gpu and start it up its probably the mobo not recognizing it, if it starts go to bios and put the gpu thingy on generation 3 video card

hey! atm its breadboarding, nothing is connected execp for the cpu, cpufan and the 24pin mobo cable... ive instaled the speaker for the mobo and powered it up and i got 0 post beeps, even not having gpu or any ram instaled... did the mobo died? ty

Did you connect the ATX12v 4 / 8 pin?? You have to connect this, otherwise it wont post

yes, the 8 pin is connected as well as the 24pin, the cpu fan and the f panel
