Question PC powers up but no usb/hdmi/DP

Hello recently upgraded pc with a new psu, gpu and motherboard, it has worked fine, played for a week but then realised the pc sounded abit too noisy. Took the fans off to have a look if they were the correct way and now the pc will power up, light up including fans and rgb on the board but no power to usb/hdmi/DP.

Mobo:MSI MPG Z390 CARBON
CPU:I9-9900
GPU:RTX2060
PSU:OCZ 750WATT.

have tried unplugging, reseating, cmos battery out and JBAT1 short out, nothing has helped!

If this is any other clue my monitor will not go to sleep, ie the white light will not turn orange.

New OCZ psu? That brand don't sell psus anymore since 2014 and after 7 years I don't recommand to use any OCZ.
What's the exact model of that OCZ thing?

Was told from a friend it was a “very new used PSU.” Obviously not

Have now fitted a Corsair TX850M and still have the same problem. Any help would be greatly appreciated, thank you.
