[SOLVED] PC powers up, no display, mouse or keyboard.

I just rebuilt my PC and replaced almost every part after having some issues, my PC powers up, fans spin, mobo lights up. But there is no display on my monitor and my keyboard and mouse are also not lighting up. The build is
Rog strix B450-f gaming mobo
Ryzen 5 3600 processor
Corsair vengeance lpx 3000mhz 2x8gb ram
Thermal take 700w smart series power supply
toshiba 1tb dt01aca100 hard drive
Radeon R9 280x 3gb ddr5 dual-x oc edition graphics card

If anyone has any input, I would really appreciate the help

Yes amd has updated their bios on am4 socket motherboards so they are compatible with 3rd gender ryzen processors including the 3600

Might be bios problem, you having one that isn't new enough to support that cpu. Any store intown that can help updating with an older type Ryzen?

Well from what I've read, the motherboard should have the bios for the ryzen 5 cpu. If I do need to update, how would I go about that without a display to work with?

If the motherboard is old stock might it well run a bios too old.

Like i said will you need an older cpu like a Ryzen 1xxx or 2xxx series to update the bios. No store in town that can do this for a small fee?

Some extra info which includes an option for a loan kit to update the bios,need to send it back so it will cost transport fees,
