Ok so I bought a pc like a year ago in june and when I installed games I saw problems, texture loss, blue screen (your pc ran into a problem), screen freezes game runs in background, at some point my pc was crashing I brought them my pc several times they made stupid excuses like oh its fine this and that, it was sent to the company’s service the first time they replaced my gpu cable (apparently it was destroyed thats why my pc was crashing) after that same issues but pc wasnt crashing after few times I brought it again for same problem they sent it again and from the service they ran tests and they said everything is OK. So i power up my pc and yet again same problem. This is where I need your help, I brought my pc to them like in 1 month periods I know stupid from me, so if I bring it in again and say the same thing they will probably not believe me, but if the problem is not fixed after 3 times sent to their official service I can get an exact replacement of my pc like the one I have now or get my money back if they don’t have one like mine, I want somehow to damage the pc so they must replace it because they probably scammed me with it! Anyone is welcomed to comment and help me with this situation.

If you're asking us to tell you how to break it, resulting, technically, in what would be a fraudulently engineered warranty claim, then, no, we won't do that.

If whatever issues you have keep happening, and they are not doing something about it, then you already have a valid reason to demand the refund or replacement.

Just bring it back again - if it has the same problem, that's all you can do. I don't know what the laws are like where you live, but if they have a policy of repair or refund, they have to abide by it.

If you can reproduce the problem in front of them, then they can't deny that it happens.

On my guarantee paperwork it says: “The product can be sent to a service any time and if it must be returned to the customer in under 30 days or the customer will get a refund or an exact replica or a similar pc to the one sent to service, or if the problem is not fixed after the 3 time sending it to the service the customer will get an exact replica of his pc or similar to the he has, or if there is no similar he will get a refund depending on the condition the pc is.”

first look online or ask a local police officer or lawyer if your country has lemon laws and warranty laws. if you used a credit card call them up see if you can do a change back same for you bank that you paid for the pc for. sit down an pull up any paper work you have on the pc and it repairs. also make a time line of issue and if you remember speaking with. one red flag right now is the service center. if you were bringing the unit in again and again at the 2 or third time i would had you the service manager and a few techs standing around the pc in till you could force or show us your issue. i had a case like that when i worked at micro center. pc screwed up at home worked fine in the store. had the owner sit with me for 4 hours at store with no issue. then went to his home. the issue was the trolly power lines were next to his home and the pc was in the middle of an em field from it. had the t move the lines and added some grounding to his home and pc working fine. on your end check your power make sure it fine and there no grounding issues. the error your powsting sound like you have a bad power supply/ have them change it or give you your money back. if you have your pc now download hardware info set it to logging and sensor check your 12v rail make sure it holding.

Ok sorry for late response I had my handball practice, I sent the PC to the service 2 times and thats in a city 2 hours from mine and there is a shop in my city where I bought it from using cash. Can the power cable for the power suply cause the issue? I have another power cable from my old PC, I can try that.

Update:
Checked with 2 other cables (from my old PC, and my PS) still the same problems, how can i check if my power? I have an extention cord plugged in a wall outlet that powers my PC my TV and PS. My PS and TV work fine, no problems regarding power, so what can I do here?
