Hello

I need help, if anyone has any idea what it could be I'm accepting

Whenever I spend a few hours without using my pc, when it turns on the coolers are “unregulated”, making a lot of noise, but I just need to turn off wait a minute and turn it on again for the problem to be resolved and the coolers to return to normal.

Does anyone have any suggestions of what it could be?

thanks

Depending on the age of the system potentially replacing the CMOS battery might be in order. It sounds to me like they're operating at maximum RPM and when you do the reboot they detect as PWM like they should (I'm making the assumption they are PWM or controlled automatically some other way).

do you have any ideia that how can i test it, if it is the cmos battery in this case?

Just get a replacement battery they usually aren't terribly expensive. Most of the time motherboard manuals and support will not say specifically what kind of battery it is so just take a look at it and get the same type.
