Pc problems beeping

Hi everyone, I don't know much about PCs , I have a Intel dp67bg with a i7 2600 and a gtx 660. When I insert my ram in the pc it just beeps continuously ,
I tried removing the ram and inserted it in different slots but still nothing, I also tried different rams , but when I remove all the rams completely then the pc does the 3 beeps. Any one who can help me ?

Is this a "new" build? Or is this an attempt to upgrade an existing build?

What are the memory module makes and part numbers? <- This is important!

In the meantime, make sure the CPU is mounted evenly.

The video card should be inserted firmly and properly.

Make sure all cables/wires that have to be connected are connected properly (this includes CPU aux power, video card aux power, and monitor cables).
