PC problems help

The problem with my pc is that when I'm downloading torrents cyclic redundancy check appears and the torrent stops working also when I play movies I download on torrents with vlc player it crashes . please help

well cyclic redundancy means your hard drive is going bad..... and we don't condone illegal activities here
