Question PC Problems

Ok I have a wide range of problems here so here we go. First off my PC won't boot up most of the time like when I turn it on the lights turn on and the fans spin but nothing comes up. I have to keep turning it on and off for it to come on. Sometimes it works on the first try, sometimes it takes literal hours. Fast startup isn't on and my BIOS is up to date. I have had my graphics card replaced and got a new CPU cooler but the problem still happens. If my computer decides to turn off it will turn off randomly. It could be on for hours or turn off on the boot screen. When it does turn off my graphics card fans speed up to max then slow down. My lights are still on and my fans are still running but nothing is showing. If I startup a game my computer won't turn off as much but after an hour or two it will. Here are my Specs

Ryzen 7 2700x
H100i PRO CPU cooler
16 GB of evo POTENZA GEIL 8x2
Nvidia Geforce RTX 2070 by Zotac
GIGABYTE GA-AX370M-DS3H Motherboard
The only thing I know about the power supply is that it's 80 bronze certified

Open your ssd and try using it on another system if work then their might be bios problems if not you may have corrupt files in their

What is the make/ model/ type is your system drive and /or other drives? This sounds like a RAM issue; first turn off fast startup https://www.tenforums.com/tutorials/4189-turn-off-fast-startup-windows-10-a.html. Then open up tour case and remove one of your RAM sticks and see if it will boot. If not try using just the other stick. Download and make a bootdisk to use memtest86 to test RAM https://www.memtest86.com/

no brand psu? try replace that with a good psu
