Hello I am having trouble with my computer recently it is giving me a black screen shortly after start up after a few times of force restarting and removing the power cord and starting up it would stop it but the resolution wouldn't be the one it always was and it wouldn't allow me to change the resolution. I've looked and it wouldn't recognize my gpu as it being there. I've gone into device manager and the gpu is there but it is showing an caution icon. I have disabled and re enabled it which did bring it back to its original resolution but the problem continues. Am I screwed here with this issue or is there an easy fix for this and should not anticipate the worst? Any help would be appreciated.
CPU: Intel coreI7-10700f @ 2.90GHz
GPU: NVIDIA 3070 ti
SSD:msi spatium 390 1tb
Motherboard: GIGABYTE B560 DS3H AC-Y1 LGA 1200 Intel

Great. Everything except what matters. LOL. Just kidding man, really.

So, PSU model, and I mean EXACT model, not "500w PSU". which means nothing.

MB BIOS version?

Windows version AND Windows release version?

Spatium firmware version?
Psu model is deep cool dqmv21 750
Bios version is f6
And I'm running windows 11 verison is 22H2
Sorry I'm not tech savvy I'm googling how to identify a psu lol. this is a pre-built I bought on newegg last August.

So, that PSU isn't the worst out there by far, but it does have problems and I would seriously consider replacing it with something that has substantially better quality and performance.

I'll be honest here when I say that right now it would be hard to convict anything in particular, however, knowing what your problem is and knowing what the problems are with that power supply model, especially if it's the earlier release version and not the newer one, but regardless of which version it is, I'd say that would be a really good place to start.

You have to understand that basically ALL prebuilt systems with the exception of some very few here and there, tend to come with much less than acceptable quality power supplies because that is how they can justify selling these systems by boosting their profit margins by including low cost power supplies. Otherwise, they'd tend to have to charge substantially more than competing models or lose money on them. That goes for ALL of the prebuilt systems out there including anything on Newegg, Cyberpower PC, Ibuypower PC and others. This is where they make their money.

So I'd start there because the problems you are having would certainly SEEM to be power related, and it's a questionable model. At the very least it will give you the ability to know that it is not the power supply AND is a very good investment in the long term health of your system because cheap power supplies tend to eventually (Or in some cases, quickly) destroy your other hardware by bombarding it with high levels of ripple and electrical noise, both of which cause problems and tend to overheat capacitors on the motherboard, graphics card, etc.

I am certainly not saying that the PSU "IS" the problem, but without having a known good model, it's just going to be a guessing game.

Thanks for the suggestions but I'll see if I was smart enough to buy the warranty and go through ABS customer service and if not I'll go to a shop I don't want to make things worse by poking around in there.
