So to start with whenever i play Alan Wake 2 my screen randomly goes black and the GPU fans are going to max speed. Then the computer is making some beeps(one long and 3 short).
Interesting thing is that i hear the sound of the game in the background while this is happening.
The only way to recover the system is to switch of from PSU power button.
Ocassionaly after reseting the pc after that crash it would start with 800x600 resolution and code 31 on my GPU in Device Manager

PC specs:
Motherboard: Gigabyte b450 aorus elite v2
CPU: Ryzen 5900X
GPU: AMD Radeon RX 6800 XFX 319 SWFT
PSU: njoy Alpha 850W gold rated
RAM: 2 x 32GB Corsair 2666mhz
SSD: 2 x 2TB

The game runs smoothly at 60 fps 4K with performance mode
Even when i lower the settings it’s the same thing happening.
The pc i mainly use for Interior Design Renders with heavy programs such as Blender and 3ds max. I do not encounter any issues there.
So what it could be?

Solution
PSU: njoy Alpha 850W gold rated
I wonder where people are coming up with units that are no better than dumpster fires;

You should start with sourcing(borrowing, not buying) a reliably built PSU to power your build and see is the issue persists.
