[SOLVED] PC random crashes black screen!

It usually happens about every 5 6 hours when i using chrome or play game, monitor black no signal, keyboard and mouse disconnect but the case still running but no sound in headphone. I can't restart by power button (press it but nothing happens )
, only can use switch on PSU to shutdown the PC and then i can use power button normaly. I try:

• Update mainboard bios.
• Use DDU and install new GPU driver.
• Change new PSU.
• Change ram slot.

But it still happens . My spec:

• B450 Mortar Max
• R5 3600
• Gigabyte RTX 3060
• TridenZ Neo 16GB
• PSU CV650

Go in to computer management, event viewer, critical events. Are there any entries to coincide with the pc shutting down. And have you ever bsod with error message?

it say 41 kernel power and i have no bsod.

Check your psu connections to the gpu, make sure they are seated well. Also check for gpu sag in the slot. You may want to try removing gpu and reseating it to see if the problem goes away. My other suggestion would be to use hwmonitor to check gpu and cpu temps. HWMONITOR | Softwares | CPUID
