Question PC Random Freeze screen ( Specialy in Browsing, Desktop )

Hi guys, First sorry for my english


I build a new PC Gaming in 11/2019

after installing my new pc until now 25/3/2020
in everyday i have lag on desktop finishing with freeze screen then No signal in monitor ( i got this issue 2-3 times in everyday, and sometimes only 1 time in day ),
its make me force restart my pc, and after restarting my pc its make him very well

everything is updated
and everything is on default settings

I replaced my GPU and test my PC with one stick RAM and still i have same problem,

I re-intalled my windows on diffrent Disks and still i have same problem

I test the memories by Windows Memory Diagnostic and no errors.

I used all power plans High performance, Balanced, Power Saver, Ultimate, even AMD plans, and still i have same problem

4 Months im living everyday with the same problem

( btw, when my pc start freezing there is delay 2-3 seconds in pressing Caps Lock button in keyboard )

GPU : Gigabgyte RTX 2070 Super

CPU : AMD Ryzen 7 3700x

MotherBoard : Gigabyte X570 Aorus elite

PSU: Gigabyte G750H 80 Plus Gold 750W

RAM: Corsair Vegeance RGB Pro 16GB - DDR4 3600Mhz

SSD.1 : Sabrent 1.TB Rocket NVMe PCIe M.2 2280

SSD.2 [for the system only ] : Kingston M.2 120.GB

HDD: WD 1TB 7200RPM

Yes, and the freeze come with all the versions

Memory speed above 3200 MHz is considered an overclock on your motherboard. Try going into the BIOS and setting your RAM at 3200 MHz to see if the freezing problem goes away.

I Disabled XMP profile and played with normal speed ( 2133Mhz )
and still i got freeze


btw, when my pc freezed the CPU was 4.30 and dropped to 4.20 in task manager ( Not OverClocked ) , is this normal ?
I forced restart, and now the speed 3.90 / 4.12 in Browsing

Normal speed for the Ryzen 7 3700X is;
Base Clock - 3.6GHz
Max Boost Clock Up to - 4.4GHz

Are all your drivers up to date?
Have you checked for any yellow warning signs in Device Manager?
How old is your WD 1TB HDD? Try running with the mechanical HDD disconnected for a day to see if the problem goes away?

Hello brother again,
I disconnect HDD and after 9 hours , i got freeze finished with i think the word is ( grind / annoying ) sound and after that Black screen .

Is it possible the problem is coming from the electrical outlet your computer is plugged into, and not the PC?

Before 1 month i tried to turn on my pc in other room but still has same problem,
and btw my old Gaming laptop has no problems ( i was using him without battery )
