[SOLVED] PC random restart no BSOD!!!

Hello to eveyone,these i have some issue with pc system restarts randon no bsod,
and give error kernel id 41...
Things that i tried memory test pass all tests no error,fresh windows 10 installation,can be faulty psu ,the psu i have is a thermaltake toughpower 600watt that is 10 years old ,pls any advice?
i notice after reset appears message that say boot system failure and cant boot,
windows is on ssd kingston 240gb two months of use...pls help :)
 
Solution
A couple of years ago, one of my old Gigabyte GA-G41M went dead. But in the weeks before, it would do that random BSOD. I don't know if you are experiencing the same early warning signs, but I doubt there is a real fix for this.

gpu:asus gtx 750
test run 2-3 times memorytest and windows memory diagnostic too

By memorytest do you mean memtest86? If not, then run it.
