Question PC random restart

So I was playing Valorant yesterday and my PC suddenly restarted without any BSOD, just a black screen and then it restarted. Any ideas as to what is happening?

Specs:

Ryzen 5 3600X
MSI B450 Tomahawk Max II
Galax GTX 1050 Ti
Corsair Vengeance Pro RGB 16GB 3600mhz CL18 XMP profile 1
FSP Hydro K 700w

What does Power Reporting Deviation mean? And why is it red? Is it safe?

The voltage for your cpu seems a little high. Have you overclocked it?

No overclocking done. PBO Enabled. AMD Cool n' Quiet(PSS) is disabled. Global C-States Disabled as well.

EDIT: Those 3 settings(Aside from enabling XMP profiles) are just the things I touch when I reset BIOS to defaults.
