Question PC random restarts

my pc suddenly restarting,and i dont know whats the real matter,

i brought a new motherboard
tried ram slot changes
OS reinstalled
specs
asus tuf b365m wifi plus gaming (newly brought)
Intel core i5 9400f 2.9ghz
16gb ddr4 2666 mhz
msi rtx 3060 ti gaming x trio
corsair cv650 psu

I tested temps and its fine of both gpu and cpu

sometimes pc works 3 to 4 hours and sometimes cant use
can not work in load like gaming editing
sometimes idle moode restarting

then i thought it was psu so i tested paperclip test but psu fans are spinning
dont know what is the problem

after that i remove my ssd and hdd,. after some time pc restarts in bios also
so its seems to be not a OS issue

What board were you on prior to the one listed above?

then i thought it was psu so i tested paperclip test but psu fans are spinning
Paperclip methods are flawed, they don't tell you much power the PSU can effectively output to the entire system.

I am using corsair h55 lq cooler..temps are realy fine..idle 35-40
Gaming 65-75

I used asus tuf b365 plus gaming full atx
And before week ago i brought brnd new asus b365 tuf wifi mb

My psu 2years and 4 months..
