I have to restart my pc about 2 or more times a day because of how slow it gets. It even starts disconnecting randomly from my monitor and freezing randomly. Every time I restart it, it is good for a few hours. I have 24 GB of Ram so I don't think that could be the problem.

ssd or hdd?
did you check for malware?
check the ram usage after you use it for a while?
hdd, malware checked with two programs. Malwarebytes and Avast. Ram usage right now is 35% with two programs open. My browser and Discord. I will let you know what my ram usage is when I start facing issues.

Highly suspect malware or mining program. Could be other things, but I would investigate those possibilities first.
