PC Randomly Black Screen Crash Then Restarts

My pc literally black screen crashes and restarts at random times and even sometimes when it restarts another crash follows 5 minutes later then there would be times it doesn't crash for 8 hours I need help finding the issue could this be a PSU failing? My PSU is an XFX XTR 650W 80+ Gold and it's about 4+ years old. Also it is not a temp problem nor overclock all my stuff is stock clock and temps are normal according to hwmonitor tried clean installing windows 10 home and issue still exists.

Besides a PSU, a failing motherboard could cause the issue you described.
Could you post all your system components.

You kinda see a trend where its crashing following a window definition update for window defender i don't know if that has to do with it or just a coincidence.

If you look at the time stamp of the Defender update, it happened after the crash.

i didnt screen shot the other ones but some were happening a minute before the crash

Usually that does not happen when an update is successfully installed.

The only update I see could have cause a shutdown is the one at 8:47pm.
That would not help explain the other shutdowns.

I would try another PSU.
