So i have had my pc for a long time and did some upgrades not very long ago adding in a new cpu/motherboard. After doing that no problems came up but then when I added an nvme drive and did a fresh install of windows I started running into this issue. It happens when im sitting watching youtube, in an intensive game, or when im doing anything else. Both monitor screens go black and I can still hear audio for a few seconds afterwards but cannot do anything in any game im playing or on my desktop. I have tried doing a new fresh install of windows and uninstalling/reinstalling multiple different versions of my graphics drivers. After the fresh install of windows the issue subsided for about 3 weeks but has since come back.

Specs:
CPU: Intel i7-9700k
GPU: XFX RX580
RAM: GSKILL DDR4 2400
MOTHERBOARD: MPG Z390 GAMING PLUS (MS-7B51)
STORAGE: 1TB nvme, 2tb wd black 7200rpm
PSU: CORSAIR CX series CX750 750W 80 PLUS BRONZE

if anyone has found a fix that works for them please let me know

edit: sometimes when i reboot after this happens i need to reinstall my graphics drivers as my main display is mirrored instead of a separate monitor

That's not a PSU thing.
