PC randomly broke.

My pc randomly crashed the other day and after resetting it there was no signal being sent to my monitor.
I tried another tv and it still didnt work.
I opened the pc and noticed that some of my fans would start up running then switch off, the keyboard and mouse failed to show signs of life as well. However some componants seemed to work fine like my corsair lights and corsair h80i
any ideas what could be wrong and if you need any other information just ask

Does the motherboard send any beep codes? Also when you start up the computer does the monitor just show the NO SIGNAL message? The cpu cooler powers up but does the GPU fan spin as well? Do you by chance have more than 1 stick of ram by chance? If you do have you tested each one at a time using the ram slot closest to the cpu and booting the pc again? Have you taken out the GPU and re-seated it and then tried to boot again?

The motherboard doesn't send any beep codes as the sound comes through the tv, would it be worth attaching speakers and listening for a code?
It literally starts up to the no signal screen and that is all.
Yes the GPU fans spin up and stay on unlike a few other fans.
I will try the ram sticks and the GPU ASAP,thanks for the suggestions

I didnt manage to try anything with beep codes as i need to order a motherboard speaker.
however i tried what you said to do with RAM and booting with 1 stick gets my monitor working aswell as keyboard and mouse.
However my corsair commander lights and 3 of my fans wont function.

Hmm interesting now makes me think the psu might be failing. Do you by chance have another you could use to test?
