Not entirely sure what I'm dealing with here.

My PC has decided to start randomly blue screening, with different errors each time (IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL is the only one I remember specifically), games randomly crash out of nowhere, often without any crash reports or error messages, my computer has frozen completely when trying to shut down, and even weird little things like opening Notepad++ and not being able to click anywhere or exit.

The two things I've done recently are reseat my RAM, since it started to show only 8GB instead of 16, and move my GPU into the top slot. I also have my CPU (Ryzen 5 2600) overclocked to 4.1GHz but it doesn't seem to be overheating and I've had that same overclock for a good while. I plan on running Memtest once I find all of the USBs I've misplaced.

Any ideas of what could be going on, or more troubleshooting tips I need to try? All help is appreciated.
