So about 5-10 minutes after boot up, my pc will randomly freeze, when I turn it off and then back on, it won’t freeze. So every time I hop on my pc, I have to click restart and then proceed logging in to prevent a freeze. Also sometimes when I’m on edge after 5-10 minutes, it won’t load a site and says something about connection, I turn on a vpn and it works fine. I raged a while ago and slammed my desk, and my pc sets in my desk, that’s when the problem kinda started occurring, what problem am I having?

My best guess is that one of the components or cable connections became loose after you slammed your desk.
I would start by taking it apart and reseat the gpu, drives and ram, then make sure all the cables are connected.
Afterwards, open command prompt and type sfc /scannow and allow it to do it's thing.

If the issue persists and you have a harddisk drive, the arm may have gotten messed up. It's a long shot, but still possible.
If you have an SSD instead, I'm not sure what else would be the issue.
