[SOLVED] PC randomly freezes after installing new RAM

Hello,

Yesterday i got my new 4GB ram stick and installed it, i had 2 of 4GB before, and after i installed the new ram stick so i can have 12GB of ram i got a new problem. Sometimes it boots normally and i can use my PC everything works perfectly and i can see all 12GB of ram are installed well, but after a while my PC either crashes with a blue screen or completely freezes and then i can't do anything other than to force turn of my PC by hand.

Sometimes after the crash the PC won't even boot up again, the CPU fan starts going crazy (faster and slower) and the PC starts to beep every 2-3 seconds until i turn the PC off. Then i remove one of the sticks and the PC works fine again. Its just weird how sometimes it turns on with 12GB and sometimes i have all of these problems.

I am not sure is it the new ram stick that's causing the problems or cant my PC handle 12GB of ram or is it even the PSU that's not enough strong? All of the ram sticks are running on 1.5V, DDR3, but running on different MHz, the manufacture of 2 of them is Kingston and 1 is Samsung, the one i bought recently is a Kingston.

Before this i had the blue screen showing up only about 1 time in month but i never had the problem that my PC completely freezes now its happening every 30-60 minutes (IF I HAVE 12GB OF RAM INSTALLED). I would love to fix this problem if possible.

which exact RAM models do you have?
(frequency and timings of the sticks)

could be incompatibility, it´s not recommended to mix RAM.

Which motherboard do you use? Is the BIOS up to date?

check the memory by running memtest.org usb autoinstaller (bootable USB flash drive)
the new stick might be faulty as well

there shouldn´t be a problem with the PSU

BIOS i dont know how to update and i dont know how to check if its updated

Anyways, i belive i found the problem i tried this memtest.org and tried different combination of ram with it and this is what happens:
1. When i tried the program with only my 2 sticks:

(WHEN I DID THIS (3.) THE ERRORs KEEPT JUST JUMPING UNTIL THE PC CRASHED AROUND 10000 ERORs)

-Doing all this i figured out its the new RAM stick i bought thats causing the problem. I tried different combinations of slots and sticks, and every time i had the new ram stick i bought the PC either didnt want to start with beeping noises and CPU fan going crazy or the PC worked fine for around 30-60 minutes then crashed with blue screen or frozen screen. And when i dont have the new RAM then the PC worked fine without crashes.
