[SOLVED] Pc randomly freezes and crashes

hi everyone,

I wanted to post this thread so maybe someone can help me out.
So today my new M.2 SSD NVME arrived ( the XPG GAMMIX S11 PRO 512GB), and after installing it i had first problem in bios where my old HDD was not being recognized and i decided to fully get rid of my old HDD.
So i freshy installed new windows 10 and everything was working smoothly, but after like using pc for 2 hours, my pc randomly freezes in a game and i could just do a pc restart.
That happened one more time, and also a few times it had this common error with the blue screen where it says that my pc ran into a crash.

Also my pc froze one time when i was restarting it and got a weird red square on loading screen which im posting the pic to it.

Did you install the motherboard chipset drivers, GPU drivers etc after the Windows 10 new install? Did you do your Windows Updates?

What is the BIOS version you have on your motherboard and what motherboard do you have?

So i have checked for the windows updates and my build OS is 1909 i dont know why cant i get the 2004. I have installed latest GPU drivers.

I havent installed any of the chipset drivers.

i am curently running at F42d bios update and there 2 new ones.
Do you think i have to download latest BIOS update and all the Chipset drivers ?

You definitively need to install the X370 chipset drivers for your board and you get it from AMD website.
