Hello, I have a problem that is driving me crazy, when I play games with high requirements the pc freezes and after 10 seconds it restarts itself.
I can spend many hours playing without problems until the pc freezes and restarts itself. This happens to me with games like Red Dead Redemption 2, Death Stranding, Witcher 3, No Mans sky, etc.
The temperatures are ok. I have formatted
Windows, I have also updated the bios with default options.
I have all the latest drivers. recently
I changed psu, from an aerocool cylon 600w to a cooler master g700 gold, so probably the psu is not the problem.
The strange thing is that previously the pc had the same symptom, I had an i5 6500 with an msi b150m pro-vdh. I took it to a technician to have it fixed, he managed to solve the problem and he told me that it was only because the bios was out of date.
The problem reappeared when I changed the motherboard and microprocessor.
Now I suspect that the problem may be the ram memories and I am saving to buy 2 x 16GB. I would like to know what you think?
This is my pc:
Windows 10 64 bits.
CPU: i5 10400F
Motherboard: Asus z490-p
Ram: Crucial Ballistix Tactical 8 GB, DDR4-2666, CL 16 (BLT8G4D26AFTA) x2
GPU: Msi rx 570 8gb.
2 ssds and 2 hdd discs.
(Sorry for my bad english)
