Hi, so I have been getting these random freezes on windows 10. I used to have windows 7 and everything were just great. Now these freezes happen randomly, most of the time when I have multiple programs launched or when I am gaming. Things like that never happened when I had win 7 and when I updated my OS to win 10 stuff like that started happening, I cannot do anything, even move my mouse or press anything on the keyboard when this freeze happens and I can only restart my computer. I thought it might be my CPU at first, but I doubt that, since when I render videos, my CPU is at 100% power and everything seems fine. I have tried searching for a way to fix this and I have tried many different ways. I have tried doing almost everything that is written here: www.drivereasy.com/knowledge/solved-windows-10-freezes-locks-up-randomly-easily except for the "Method Three: Reset Virtual Memory".
There is still one thing that might work, at least it worked for someone. It is to change the DRAM's settings in the BIOS, like adjusting the voltage and etc. But I dunno how to change it, well I know how to access the BIOS menu, but I do not know my ram's voltage and etc. My ram is called Crucial CT51264BA1339.M16FMR 4GB DDR3 - 1333 (PC3 1060), maybe someone knows the specifications that should be adjusted at the BIOS menu ? Here's a photo of my ram:

Did anyone else encountered a problem like this or maybe knows how to solve it ?

Some other things that might help:

In the event viewer I get this kind of a message:
The application-specific permission settings do not grant Local Activation permission for the COM Server application with CLSID
{8D8F4F83-3594-4F07-8369-FC3C3CAE4919}
and APPID
{F72671A9-012C-4725-9D2F-2A4D32D65169}
to the user NT AUTHORITY\SYSTEM SID (S-1-5-18) from address LocalHost (Using LRPC) running in the application container Unavailable SID (Unavailable). This security permission can be modified using the Component Services administrative tool.

My PC specs are:
CPU: AMD FX-6350 3,9 GHz, 6 cores
GPU: MSI 750 Ti
Motherboard: MSI 970 Gaming
PSU: ATX 12V 2.2 Compatible
Disk Drive: ST31000528AS, 1TB space
RAM: x2 4GB Crucial CT51264BA1339.M16FMR DDR3

Have you tried looking at your Windows Event Logs after this occurs? The best place to get system / application information relating to OS crashing and instability is directly from the OS itself. There are too many other variables that relate to 'freezing' that makes anything before additional information pure guesswork.

Hmmm well I never did that, where and how can I do this, where can I check the logs ? I did the system file check and some other checks as well, it didn't find any problems.

I think that's the message:
