[SOLVED] PC randomly freezes then restarts ?

Hi,

so my PC just randomly freezes and restarts sometimes, it oftens does this after i exit a game and alt tab to another program. it doesnt prompt a blue screen just straight up freezes and restarts. sometimse it doesnt restart and just stay dead while the cpu is lit and other components are on. How can i fix this ?

Windows 10
ryzen 5 2600
gtx 1050ti
16gb 2400mhz
120gbssd 1tb hdd
450w psu

I myself would use hwinfo,

download hwinfo,
install and open it=click run,
close the top window which is the system summary,
in the main window at the left top click "save report",
at the bottom of the next window check "Summary for Clipboard",
after that you'll see what's in the pc,
copy by clicking "copy to clipboard" and rightclick+paste in your next respons
