PC randomly freezes up

hey all, my PC has been randomly freezing up. Sometimes it'll happen when I log into my profile, sometimes it happens when watching videos on youtube or playing PC games on steam. I'm not sure what's causing it.

system specs:
MSI B350M GAMING PRO (MS-7A39) (AM4)
8GB of Ram
nvidia GeForce gtx 1060

OS is Windows 10
