PC Randomly freezes

My PC randomly freezes. Checked Task Manager and non of my resources are exceeding max performance and all my components are working. I reinstalled windows twice. With all correct drivers. Here are my specs

Ryzen 5 2600
Biostar TB-350-BTC (i know its a mining board)
MSI GTX 960 2g
8gb Crucial Balistix
4gb HyperX (both RAM sticks are ddr4)
1tb Toshiba HDD
450 PSU

Heres a video of what im experiencing, to add on, the sound also freezes and makes an ugly sound.

Yes, I've also refreshed the BIOS and fixed the CMOS.

Looks like that didn't work, this time it did it when I was downloading something. I have a feeling its the OS but I reinstalled it twice.
