Hi All,

I have an issue that is noticed 99% of the time when playing games (Fortnite, CSGO, LoL etc). My PC (Windows 10) will randomly freeze and i will have to force restart. I have run hardware tests and dont seem to be able to put a finger on it. My PC specs are:

Mouse - Logitech G402
Mouse Pad - Logitech G240
Keyboard - Logitech G910
Headset - Hyper X Revolver S

Thanks for the response. How do i test to see if it is the power supply? My power supple is a Seasonic 850W 80PlusBronze ATX PSU. Does this sound like it isnt suitable for my build?

Just in regards to this thought again, i have put all my components in a PSU searcher and my build requires rouhgly 500W so this shouldnt be it?

Thanks for your response. All my temps are running well below anything alarming. No to be honest, i haven't cleaned it out for dust which i may try (doesnt appear to be majorly dusty). I was under the impression (told by the store who built it), the paste didnt have to be changed or any fluids from the water coolers. Please advise further if possible.....

The AIO may not need to be replaced. But the thermal past has to be.

Thank you for the response. I will look into changing the paste on the CPU and also giving it a good clean to ensure there is no dust. But with the provided info about my PSU, are we able to rule this out? Could it still be the PSU? As i said, PSU calculator (http://www.coolermaster.com/power-supply-calculator/) advised my build is about 500W and my PSU is 850W....

After looking into this further, as my temperatures are not high, this should elimnate having to reapply thermal paste ? (as thermal pastes main function is transferring heat to the cooler)

In addition, it seems my PSU has the Wattage to handle my build....

Where to go from here ????

Define your temps.

Run memtest86 on your RAM sticks individually multiple times.

Thanks again for a response. I have run multiple RAM tests including Windows memory diagnostic and found no issues.

Please see my temps (note: this is in degrees Celsius not Fahrenheit).

Thanks.

Were you able to get anything from my last reply? Any ideas where to go from here?

Thanks.

Sorry for the late reply. Unfortunately, I am at my wits end. Have you rechecked all your connections inside the PC? If you have a friend with a spare CPU cooler, try it out, although I doubt that is the case because your temperatures seem okay.

Run a check on your HDD and look for any firmware update for your SSD if you have one.

As you said i dont think its a temp thing and i have check drivers for all hardware throughout the PC. Really not sure whats going on now....
