Question PC randomly freezing/crashing. Even after full Windows reinstall.

I have a custom rig from Shark Gaming Systems, had no problems with it until roughly half a year ago.
Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-9400F CPU @ 2.90GHz 2.90 GHz 16GBRAM and 2080ti Windows 10 Pro

It started randomly crashing, or freezing, it can happen twice a day, or it can happen once a month.
Lately it's been freezing more often, sometimes during the startup screen! It freezes on an empty desktop or when watching anything, it's random.
Always requires hard reboot, or two. Then it's fine for a random amount of time. If it's a freeze, sound continues for roughly 10 seconds, while the visuals are frozen.
I checked, the memory is fine, the temperatures are fine. Drivers are all up to date. And even after a fresh windows 10 reinstall, there are still crashes.

All the tests via cmd to check for memory errors have shown no errors. Monitor shows no errors, just unexpected shutdowns.

I think the problem is in my hardware, but I don't know where it is exactly. Can anyone help me identify an issue?

Sorry for the late reply, busy holiday. A lot of times when a GPU goes out it either goes down completely or slowly starts giving problems under a hard load, but not during basic things. Your power supply is a good one, but I would lean toward that being the issue.

Do you have any spare pieces around, GPU, power supply, etc for testing?

Not at all, in fact it's a custom build pc from Shark Gaming, not sure I can even open the glass panel. GPU never broke down under heavy load, just fans going berserk at worst cases. But crashes happen absolutely randomly and at unexpected times. Yesterday it crashed 4 times. Today - 0. And that means gaming, youtube, text opened, anything. Even during the startup loading sequence!

I reckon the power supply is the only thing I can reach. Also, as a note, I tried sticking it in different power outlets, it still crashes. In different extenders too.

UPDATE: I've done absolutely nothing, and pc stopped crashing. Instead it freezes for 2-4 seconds occasionally, like once or twice a day. But it doesn't crash. It's not fixed, but it's not showing issues right now. What changed? I've made no updates. No drivers. It's the same.
