So I just got my PC a few weeks ago. I had a guy assist me in building it and put it together for me at a store. I brought it home no issues. But recently I have been having the same issue. I will be on my PC and then the taskbar/desktop freezes, then the apps I am on will freeze, then my cursor, videos audio will play for a while then stop. After everything will then freeze entirely and I have to hold the button to force restart. I brought it back to them and they said they couldn't replicate the issue so they said it was most likely the RAM needing to be reseated. I brought it home and the same issue is happening. I have no clue how to replicate it but with no BSOD I can't give some kind of reference code.

Does anyone have suggestions to what I can do to try and figure out what this is?

What bios version are you running? it will be listed on bios page probably upper left hand corner. Also did you install chipset driver from the support page? TUF GAMING X570-PLUS (WI-FI) - Support (asus.com)

I am running bios 4002. I also don't actually know what a chipset driver is so I couldn't tell you if I have it installed.

Also I linked the wrong board, i have the 570-pro if that makes any difference
