Question PC randomly freezing ?

Hi,

I'm experiencing this problem for a long time and finally decided to take an action to fix it but have no idea where to start.
Simply put, when I work it is less frequently freezing but once I leave the PC turned on it is freezing in very short time, I tried the shortcut to reload the graphics but didnt seem to work, the only fix is to restart the computer.
When I have music turned on and the pc freezes I get annoying buzzling noise.
Also, when it freezes the coolers starts running much faster and louder.

PC:

Windows 11 Latest Version
Intel i9-10850K
GeForce RTX3070
32GB DDR4 RAM

NVMe force mp510 - storage
PSU 600W Deepcool DA600-M 80Plus Bronze Black (not really sure about the PSU, can't take a look inside the PC, must take off everything firstly).

For example, when I leave any game opened the PC wont crash and will stay Ok forever but once I leave the desktop empty or just a facebook chrome something line that it will freeze after short time.

do you have sleep or hibernation on? could try turning them off

They are off.I set Turn off display after: 15 mins and that fixed the problem, the screen is off but it is not stuck, Im wondering why and how this helped...

What does this means exactly, what am I supposed to do?

what the motherboard? could have some lower power settings in bios

I set that, hopefully will work.
Also, sometimes when I work the PC freezes randomly like when its idle, sometimes has buzzing sound from the headphones, sometimes don't.

After few days it was working but now it is the same again.
