Pc randomly goes black and reset. Any thoughts or suggestion where to search?

Greetings,
Anyone had this before care to share their experience? I just become a victim of this and since its not a blue screen of death. Its a black screen of death with the pc restarting, and it happens frequently when i decided to do something on it. Windows are able to load through the pc and everything seems running OK, but when you open a program and let it run for a while, it goes blank and restart. Temperature of the pc is fine but i thought there would be a hardware problem from the hard drive. Any thoughts and advice would be appreciated.

it may be a reason of dying motherboard or a faulty smps my frnd had a similar prob like yours and after couple of months his mobo totally died ....
