Question Pc Randomly lag spikes

when ever Im doing anything my pc will have a random lag spike 10-30 mins apart i've noticed google chrome loves to do this as well with the loading wheel poping up every 5 mins or so if i have Netflix playing on my 2nd monitor it very annoying. my pc should be able to run programs no problem any help would be appreciated and i have check nothing is over throttling everything is all good when this happens. Which version of Windows 10 are you on? Have you made sure you're on the latest BIOS version for your motherboard? Mind sharing the exact model for your Kingston SSD? Just in case, what are the temps on your system with that H50?

Never over 75 when gaming normally at 30-50 and all bios are up to date
