-Problem:
Pc locks up completely at random forcing me to reboot by holding the power button.

-When:
During gaming, doesnt matter what as long as its not some ancient game.

-Specs:
Operating System: Windows 10 Pro 64-bit (10.0, Build 19042) (19041.vb_release.191206-1406)
Motherboard: Gigabyte Z97P-D3

Steam and games on SSD: SanDisk Ultra II 960GB (79% on crystaldisk info)

-Temps:
Gpu runs at the full +-1950Mhz and hits 85c at max
Cpu i have never seen above 50c, the mugen is an amazing cooler
Case temps and other sensors on the motherboard never go above 45c (HWinfo64)
I have 140mm noctua industrial fans. 2 intake 1 outtake.

-Other:
I used to run a slight overclock in the cpu but removed it and have the same problems, now running default bios settings.
Windows and all other drivers are up-to-date, cant find anything newer, also rolled back the gpu drivers several times but did not change performance.
Had this problem for months now, reinstalling windows did not help, i also rebuilt and cleaned the entire pc. The gpu is using 2 seperate power cables as requested by the manual of the psu.

Out of options so asking for help, something is not right but i cant find anything out of order.
