I mean, it could be that Netflix is causing your AP to steer from your PC and causing it to disconnect, but unless your computer is far away from your AP and/or your wifi is low that should not be the case
Well, the problems with IPs and DNS and such are quite common on Windows as sometimes it will decide for itself what and when to get.

Let's get to possible fixes: update drivers of the NIC and check everything is fine in terms of updates.
If that is a PC (not laptop) always running under the same network, you might want to use a fixed (manually set) IP so that Windows doesn't get a choice.
You can set it under Control Panel -> Network -> Properties -> IPv4 -> Properties

To know your IP you can find it under Settings -> network or, with cmd:
Type
ipconfig

And hit enter (when connected and your network is working)

I'll keep this in mind but I think I might have found the issue. While my internet was losing connection and reconnecting, Netflix was streaming on my TV the entire time. The past 1 hour Netflix has been turned of and my connection hasn't had any issues. I might make sense because the TV is new, bought yesterday and nobody has been using Netflix on it until now.

What I don't get is why that is happening. A few months ago my brother watched Netflix on our PS4 and I don't recall any issues with my PC network. Although, that was around November 2019 and then I had an old PC.

By "loosing connectivity" did you mean the router was not found or the internet connection was slow?
