pc randomly pressing esc and also clicking to the point where restart is needed

so im getting really pissed at this, i will be playing any game, i will take gta5 for example, i will be playing and fail a mission but instead of it continuing my pc will hit esc and close the mission sending me back to free roam then when i alt tab the mouse and screen will go really slow and the mouse will click so much that it lags and clicks everything it touch's meaning i need to restart and try again. it will do this for minecraft and battle field, but battle field it will alt tab it, and then i need to click the popped down screen to get running again. im using a g502 mouse and a k95 rgb keyboard which i know i dont have any macros set at all on the profile i use. im getting really sick of this and any help would be awesome.
