[SOLVED] PC Randomly Quickly Restarts Details Provided

SPECS:
CPU: Ryzen 5 3600 Using stock cooler
GPU: Asus Dual OC RTX 3070
RAM: 16GB 3600mhz DDR4
PSU: Corasir TX 650M
MOBO: Asrock Phantom Gaming 4/ac
STORAGE: 1TB HDD

PC randomly restarts in and out of games, I've ruled out overheating and I am doubtful it is the hard-drive, I have auto restart turned off and I do not get a blue screen, the screen will go black for two seconds then will instantly reboot. I am not overclocking at all and everything is stock.

I'd upgrade to an SSD (To use as the boot drive) then use the hard drive for storing games, Have you checked for viruses? Also have you changed any of the components in the PC recently?
