Pc randomly rebooting

So i build an pc last week and now its rebooting while gpu in big load, i have tested my cpu and ram and those are fine and i asled an replacement psu from amazon and currently waiting for it but i was just wondering that is its not psu than what it could be (ps it doesnt imediatly reboot while under load it takes a while and all of my drivers are up to date)

My parts:
Asus rog strix gtx 1080 ti
Intel core i7 8700k
Asus prime z370 a
(case) sahara p35 (4 fans included)
Corsair vengeance 32 gb 3200
Corsair led strip (4 strips)
Kraken x62
Evga 550w g2

Temps while gaming usually
Gpu about 70 degrees
Cpu around 50 degrees

Part number or link to memory?

Have any changes been made to set any BIOS options to something other than default settings?

Amd additional information, if i turn eco mode on from power supply it starts to reboot as soon as i log in to my user, but again im waiting for new psu but if you have any idea that what else could be causing thia i would be happy to hear
