Question PC Randomly Reboots and then Wont start

My computer restarts when i play games (not all but the demanding ones) and when it tries to reboot all the fans and leds are lit but it wont even post, until i turn to power supply off then on again AND i let it chill for 5 minutes. If i try to turn it off and on and reboot it it will just stick trying to post again. What could it be?

its gigabyte g1 gaming gtx970 on a thermaltake SMART SE 730w 80 plus bronze

Try other lower powerful GPU, or other PSU with your gtx970, because the smart se 730W PSU may have problem to handle the gtx970.
