My CPU and GPU temps are normal : 35 idle and max 70 degrees on 100% usage. I already changed my psu from a <mod edit> 10$ PSU to a new 500watt EVGA PSU, but the problem still occurs. It mostly happens when I am in game and the problem started when I upgraded my pc from a A8-7650K to a i5-4460 with a new mobo, here are my specs :
GTX 750TI 2GB
i5-4460
8GB DDR3 1600MHZ RAM
500WATT EVGA PSU
500GB HDD
128GB SANDISK SSD

What I already tried :
New PSU, Reinstalling drivers, Changes power outlet, removed any extra cables, also on windows event viewer it says the following : WINDOWS KERNEL-POWER ID 41

Any help would really be appreciated.

When I bought my new CPU and MOBO I also bought the new sandisk SSD, after that I formatted my old HDD and downloaded windows from a USB to my new SSD as my primary drive.

Update your BIOS and let me know if that works.

– Some Intel H81 chipset motherboards may need a BIOS update prior to using Haswell Refresh CPUs. Upgrading the BIOS may require a different CPU that is supported by older BIOS revisions.

EVGA PSUs in general?

Christ, I have had mine for three years and no problems thus far. What is a decent manufacturer for PSUs?

I have 1x8GB GOODRAM 1600MHZ and it worked fine with my old mobo and CPU

Likely still the PSU, the one you bought isn't good, reliable or stable.

If you had bought a good unit then you could actually say it's not the PSU, but you didn't so...

But like why? It's 80 plus and I have read many good revies about it and see many tech youtubers use it.

Almost all YTers are morons and are clueless at best.

That PSU is a POS.

Any YTber that is using that PSU is a real idiot and shouldn't even be giving advice at all to anyone.
