PC randomly reboots

I have an Alienware x51 R2 (yes mistakes were made, it's too late to turn back now) with a GTX 960 and Intel Core i7-4790k for over 2.5 years now. Lately it started rebooting when I was playing heavy games like Dying Light or fallout 4 or something like that. There is no crash screen, no text, nothing, it just freezes for a second and goes to the reboot screen with the alienware logo and starts again. I really don't know what causes this problem because I am not that familiar with PC hardware. I already looked at the temperatures but they seem like they always have been (80°C on CPU and GPU, a bit hot but it's a really small case).
Does anyone have a solution for this? Or the cause?

By the way I would already be happy if someone assured me it's not a failing CPU, I wanted the build my (first) new PC using that CPU.

Sorry for the bad English, it's not my main language.

UPDATE:
I found in my eventviewer that when my PC crashes always the same order of events occur:

(it's in Dutch)
It mainly says things like "Itemsystemfilter 'name (for example 'FileCrypt') is loaded and registered with Filtermanager"
The fault reads "Creating dump file failed due to error while creating dump."
